The newsroom
The PSG News newsroom: who writes, how articles are prepared, checked and corrected.
The PSG News newsroom is independent of Paris Saint-Germain, its executives and its partners. It follows the club every day, in French and in English, and signs every article collectively.
Our editorial line
- Facts first. A fact is only published when it comes from an identified source: the club, federations and governing bodies, press conferences, the French and international sports press. The sources quoted are listed at the bottom of each article.
- Caution on the unconfirmed. When a fact is not confirmed, the article says so ("according to", "reportedly"). When sources disagree, we point it out.
- No clickbait. A headline true to the content, no rumour presented as a certainty.
Review and corrections
Every article is read again before going live: dates and figures checked, key points consistent with the text. A reported error is corrected or the article is withdrawn; the update date is then displayed.
Football data
Fixtures, results, standings, line-ups and statistics come from public feeds updated continuously, with live scores on match nights. Market values quoted link to their source.
